Custom services: design, video, web and digital work may be non-refundable once work has started, files are delivered, or ad/spend budgets are committed.
Invoices: invoices/payment records may be generated after successful payment.
Your data: information you provide (email, enquiry details, payment info) is used only to deliver your order or respond to you, and is not sold or shared with third parties beyond payment processing via Stripe.
